    mmorris, your image looks to be Artemisia vulgaris (common wormwood). It is used as a medicinal plant in many circles and makes an aromatic tea. If you wait a while, these plant will flower (it is a member of the Asteraceae), and it will be easier for you to confirm for yourselves the identification using Go Botany and image comparisons.
