Location: Teaching Herb Garden at Elm Bank in Wellesley, MA. This is in the Native American bed. Pictures taken in early June. Liza Green suggested it could be Penstemfon pallidus but it also may be a "dropping" from the birds.

    Answer

Dear astoma, good afternoon. The images you've posted are a species of Penstemon (beardtongue). However, I would not be able to identify it based on the images provided. Identification would rely on details of the flowers (including measurements of length), the shape of the sepals, a side-view of the flowers, and information about the hairs on the leaves.
